Complaint/Grievance Process

  • Trainee contact Learner Support through the following channels:
  • All Complaint/Grievances must be lodged within 7 working days by writing in (by mail or letter) to the Learner Support after the release of the Results.
  • Learner Support shall escalate the compliant/grievance case to the Manager for investigation and resolution within 2 weeks.
  • If the Manager is unable to achieve a resolution, he shall forward the case to the Academic Board.
  • The Academic Board shall investigate and make recommendations to resolve within 1 month.
  • Learner Support shall update Trainee with the outcome and corrective actions within an agreeable timeline.

Policy Process

Withdrawal policy for certificate courses

If written notice of withdrawal received:> 14 days before commencement of program
- Full Refund Between 3 & 13 working days
- 70% Refund Less Than 3 working days
- No Refund(Please note that program confirmation can only be made at least 3 days before the actual commencement of the program).

Short Course

If you wish to submit a refund request, please do so via the official refund form using the link below. Kindly note the timelines for our refund policy:

  • 5 working days or more before the course start date: No cancellation fee will be applied.
  • 3 working days before the course start date: 50% of the full course fee will be charged.
  • Last-minute cancellation of an approved course application: 75% of the full course fee will be charged.

Long Course

  • All refund requests shall be made on this form to SISO Academy Pte Ltd 14 working days before the start of the programme or course.
  • You will be informed of the outcome within 30 working days from the date of approval.
  • Please ensure that ALL parts of this form are completed before submission and that the form is signed and dated.
  • Please ensure that your supporting documents are attached with this form.
  • Late submission and incomplete form will not be accepted or entertained.

Deferment Process

1. All refund requests shall be made on this form to SISO Academy Pte Ltd 14 working days beforeAll deferment requests shall be made in writing to SISO Academy Pte Ltd 14 working days before the start of the module.
2. Notification on the outcome will be out within 14 working days from the date of approval.
3. Failure to comply the new arrangement will result in "Not Yet Competent".
4. Please ensure that ALL parts of this form are completed before submission and that the form is signed and dated.
5. Please ensure that your supporting documents are attached with the form.
6. Late submission and incomplete form will not be accepted or entertained.

Replacement of Assessment Process

1. All replacement requests shall be made in writing to SISO Academy Pte Ltd within 14 working days before the start of a new module and full payment (without SSG grant) for the re-assessment fee.
2. Only one request of replacement of assessment is allowed per module.
3. Notification on the outcome will be out within 14 working days from the date of approval.
4. Failure to comply the new arrangement will result in "Not Yet Competent"
5. All replacement date will be arranged by SISO according to availability of trainer.
6. Please ensure that ALL parts of this forms are completed before submission and that the form is signed and dated.
7. Please ensure that your supporting documents are attached with the form.
8. Late submission and incomplete form will not be accepted nor entertained.

Replacement of Assessment Process

1. All appeals against examination results shall be made in writing to SISO Academy Pte Ltd within 7 working days from the release of results.
2. A non-refundable processing fee of SDG *$107.00 (*Inclusive of GST) per appeal should be payable (Note: The processing fee will be refund if appeal is successful. However, you would need to pay for reassessment fee)
3. Only one appeal per module can be lodged with SISO Academy Pte Ltd.
4. Notification on the outcome of the appeal will be within 4 weeks from the date of appeal.
5. No re-appeals are permitted.
6. Please ensure that ALL parts of the form are completed before submission and is signed and dated.
7. Please ensure that your supporting documents are attached with the form.
8. Late submission and incomplete form will not be accepted or entertained.
